Trademark and affiliation

NewEducare is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by any examination board or testing organisation.

Our position, stated plainly

NewEducare writes and sells practice tests. It does not administer any official examination, it does not act for any awarding body, and no awarding body has reviewed, approved or endorsed its materials. Nothing sold here is an official paper, and no result produced here is an official score.

We do not describe ourselves as official, authorised or accredited, because we are none of those things. If you see that claim made about NewEducare anywhere, it did not come from us.

Why exam names appear on this site

A practice test has to say which exam it prepares you for. Using the exam’s name to identify it truthfully is referential use: it tells you what the product is for and does not suggest that the trademark owner made it or approved it. That is the only way exam names are used here.

We do not reproduce the logos, wordmarks, typefaces or visual identity of any awarding body, and we do not present our materials in a way designed to be mistaken for theirs.

Every question, passage and explanation on this site was written for NewEducare. We do not copy questions from real examinations, and we do not use material from leaked or unofficial sources. Our content is our copyright and is protected as set out in the terms and conditions.

The neweducare.com domain

This domain was previously used by an unrelated vocational training provider. NewEducare is not a continuation of that organisation and offers none of its programmes. Addresses from that site are answered as permanently removed rather than redirected here.
