Is this a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-off payment for the tests you chose. Nothing renews, and there is no card kept on file for a future charge.
How long do I have access to what I buy?
365 days from the date of purchase. Within that period you can sit the test, review your answers and read the explanations as often as you like.
Why is a pack cheaper per test?
A pack is bought once and unlocked at once, so it costs us less to sell than the same number of separate orders. That difference is passed on rather than kept as margin.
Can I buy tests for more than one exam at the same time?
Each order covers one exam, because pack prices differ by exam. Place a second order for the other exam — both appear in the same library.
What currency will my bank charge me in?
US dollars. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate and may add its own fee; NewEducare adds nothing on top of the listed price.
What if a test turns out not to be what I expected?
You can request a refund within 14 days as long as you have not started the test in question. Take the free diagnostic first — it is the same engine and the same standard, so it is the fairest way to judge before paying.
