Terms and conditions

The agreement between you and NewEducare when you create an account or buy a practice test.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of neweducare.com and to anything you buy through it. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.

2. What we provide

NewEducare provides practice tests and the reports generated from them. We are an independent provider: we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or accredited by any examination board, we do not administer official examinations, and nothing we sell is an official paper. See the trademark and affiliation notice.

Practice scores are produced by our own conversion, modelled on each exam’s published reporting scale. They are an indication of performance on our test, not a prediction of an official score, and we do not promise any particular result on a real exam.

3. Your account

Your account is personal to you. Keep your password confidential and do not let anyone else use your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Accounts are shared across a group of test-preparation sites, so the same credentials work on each of them. Purchases are recorded separately per site and per product.

4. Buying tests

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the amount charged. A purchase is a one-off payment; nothing renews automatically. The contract is formed when we confirm that payment has succeeded and access has been granted.

Access to a purchased test lasts 365 days from the date of purchase. Within that period you may sit the test, re-sit it and review the answers and explanations as often as you wish, for your own preparation.

We may correct an obvious pricing error before the contract is formed. If a price is clearly wrong and you could reasonably have recognised it as wrong, we are not obliged to sell at that price.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Digital content is normally exempt from the statutory right to cancel once delivery has begun. We nonetheless offer a refund within 14 days where you have not started the test in question. The full terms are in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. What you may and may not do with our content

The questions, passages, explanations and reports on this site are our copyright or are used under licence. You may use them for your own preparation. You may not copy, republish, sell, share, scrape or otherwise distribute them, and you may not use them to train or fine-tune a machine learning model.

You may not share your account, record or reproduce test content, or attempt to obtain answer keys other than by completing a test you are entitled to sit.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, place automated load on it, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or close an account that does.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend access for maintenance, and we will try to limit the disruption that causes. If a test you have bought is unavailable for a sustained period within your access window, contact us and we will extend the window or refund it.

9. Errors in questions

We write our questions carefully and check them, but mistakes are possible. If you believe a question or explanation is wrong, report it through the link on the question. We investigate, correct genuine errors, and tell you what we found. A corrected question does not on its own entitle you to a refund of the test.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for admissions outcomes, examination results, lost opportunities or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly where test content is being shared or redistributed. Where we do so because of a breach, we are not obliged to refund unused access.

You may close your account at any time through the contact page.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A change that materially affects your rights will be announced on this page before it takes effect, and the date below will be updated. Purchases already made are governed by the terms in force when they were made.
